Guthrie House c. 1935 was designed by iconic modernist architect Albert Frey. The house was Frey's first residential property in Palm Springs. Purchased as a fixer in 2015 for $745K and subsequently renovated with Frey in mind by Avi Ross Group in 2019. The home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt to today's structural standards.
