3,633 square foot 3 bedroom 3.5 bath gently renovated Queen Anne Victorian built in 1894. Currently listed for $2.995 million. Last sold in 2016 for $2.9 million.

THE GEORGIANA HAWKINS HOUSE DISPLAYS MANY MARKERS OF THE QUEEN ANNE STYLE: FIRST AND FOREMOST THE TRIANGULAR TOP AND THE CANTILEVERED CORNER OVER THE ANGLED SIDE OF THE BAY WINDOW.

THERE ARE ALSO THE DECORATIVE GARLANDS, THE WIDE ENTRY ARCH, AND THE NON-CLASSICAL COLUMNS SUPPORTING IT. OVER THE ENTRY PORCH THIS HOUSE FEATURES A BALCONY WHICH IS ADORNED WITH A SPINDLE-WORK SCREEN.
