50 San Rafael Way, Saint Francis Wood

3,565 square foot 5 bedroom 4 bath French Colonial built in 1935. Currently listed for $3.125 million.

I think the listing price is a bit low with the caveat that the interiors are in need of updating. While the vintage bathrooms look charming, they're old and desperately need to be, at the very least, refreshed.

The kitchen looks utilitarian and tired. And compared to the rest of the house, architecturally boring.

Once again, at this price point more is expected.
