4111 20th st, Eureka Valley - Dolores Heights

A startling transformation has taken place at 4111 20th St. Scroll to see what this beauty looked like before.

Dragon detail c. 2017
3,094 square foot duplex Queen Anne/Stick Victorian hybrid with a reworked, as opposed to restored exterior, built around 1900. Last sold for $1.165 million in 2000. Current estimates value the property at about $2.7 million.

A search of recent building permits did not reveal any recent interior alterations other than updating the garage space in 2006.

In 2015, for repainting purposes there was repair of dry rotted shingles, sills, and siding which, I guess, explains the abundance of added details that may or may not reflect how this house looked originally.
