1553 Fulton St, No Pa

From 1976 an Francisco Architectural Survey

5,710 square foot multi-unit Queen Anne built in 1907. Last sold for $1.1 million in 2010 ($275K under asking). Current estimates value the property at $2.8 million.

Sold for $36K in 1970!

This Victorian has a little bit of everything including an asymmetrical facade, a turret, lovely mullioned windows, gingerbread, brackets, Eastlake-inspired trim, turned spindle work, bead detail under the eaves, plaster swags and a tiny bit of half-timbering.

Back in 1976, the City of San Francisco called this a very late Romantic Romanesque Queen Anne, whatever that means. As for the hideous front stairs, just try and imagine what they should look like.
