3960 square foot Joseph Cather Newsom designed Queen Anne c. 1880. Built as a single family residence that was converted to a fourplex in 1963.
Lots of "found" Victorian details. The wood plaque affixed to the facade indicates a 2009 restoration. Marketing materials note that the house has been "[R]estored with amazing attention to detail for architectural features and finishes".
Too many features and finishes.
