This north‐south linear area in the western Mission District consists of Victorian‐era, high‐style architecture and homes for 19th‐century upper middle classes, located along the eastern edge of Horner’s Addition, one of the City’s first platted residential suburbs.
You may not like the choice of paint color, but you have to agree that it looks like a completely different house. This is about as far as you can get from a historically correct palette.
