Current estimates value the property at about $3.7 million. The interior definitely needs work, but certainly looks livable as is. Is that linoleum in the bathrooms??

A permit review revealed that the kitchen was remodeled in 2014 with no structural changes. No other major renovations other than a sunroom addition in 2017. Numerous structural repairs have been made including a 2014 partial foundation replacement.

The Nightingale House is a masterpiece of the Eastlake Style which also incorporates elements of the Carpenter Gothic, Second Empire and late Italian Villa styles.
