2004-2010 Gough St, Pacific Heights

A full flowering of Queen Anne exuberance exists here: fish scale shingling, carved spandrels, and gabled ends, turrets, gables, balconies and cut-outs. (Here Today, San Francisco's Architectural Heritage, 1968)

6,277 square foot Grand Queen Anne Victorian built in 1889. The entire building last sold for $170K in 1974. Public records are a bit sketchy, but it looks like the property was divided into 2 units in 2004 at which time a 1,793 square foot unfinished "TIC unit" with 25% ownership sold for $1.042 million.
