The marble floor tiles are, well, ugly and the carpeting is, to say the least hideous. Both are easy to change, but then there are the bathrooms; not so easy to change and the kitchen....Normally, this nabe garners about $1,128 per square foot so this property is priced about right, but for the fact that it needs work . At this price point in this neighborhood the house should be in turn-key condition. While I agree that everyone's "turn-key" is different, this property really misses the mark.
