2 Shephard Place, Nob Hill 1,075 sq ft Mediterranean Bungalow built in 1938. Apparently the lot size is a mystery because I can't find it anywhere. For property tax purposes this home is valued at $64,550. It's actually worth about $2 million and that may be conservative.
