Entrances include a paneled wood door with a fanlight-shaped glazed transom and circular ornament in the wood panels, and a metal roll-up garage door. The upper stories feature casement wood-sash windows with arched surrounds, entablature, molded surrounds, pilasters, and spandrel panel trim.
